BIOGRAPHY

First Person

My very first memory is about the train. I am not sure how old I was, but my parents told me I was going to the pediatrician.

The station was the ordinary block of cement, fenced and with an iron gate. The agent received the money, opened the gate, and allowed you onto the platform.

I am not sure how old I was, but my father was dumbfounded by this memory.

He said I should have had freshly turned two. He was sure I wasn't older because the whole train station had undergone some remodeling just after I turned that age.
